Payment

Payments are due at time of order. If a payment is declined or not received, the order is not complete and will not be shipped. Paypal is the primary payment method for most of our transactions. PayPal accepts most major credit cards, including Discover, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. If other payment methods are preferred, please contact us by email at Sales@Sunvisiondisplay.com 

Shipping Policies 

Free shipping within the UK and contiguous USA is included with the purchase of specific products. For countries outside of the USA and UK, please contact us directly at sales@sunvisiondisplay.com for information on availability and specific pricing for your region. 


Shipping add-ons or requests to expedite a shipment must be paid for by the buyer and agreed to by SVD prior to being arranged. Sun Vision Display will take all reasonable steps to ensure safe and secure delivery of our products, however, we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. Claims with the carrier must be made in order to resolve shipping disputes and settle reimbursements.

Refund/Elective Return Policy 

Sun Vision Display allows conditional returns/refunds within the first 30 days of the product delivery date for eligible purchases. Where applicable, Elective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. For more information on eligibility by location, please refer to our "Eligibility By Location" document. 

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled prior to payment processing. Once a payment is processed, the buyer is responsible for payment. Buyers may request a refund after a payment has been processed, but such refunds may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if granted. 

Complaints 

Complaints about our products, our company, or our service can be emailed to our support team at sales@sunvisiondisplay.com. We cannot guarantee a resolution, but we can ensure that each case will be given due attention, and that individual inquiries will be duly responded to within the best allowance of our time and resources. 

Legalities 

Sun Vision Display is not responsible for any health concerns and does not make any medical claims about our products. We cannot assume credit or fault for any impacts our products have on end users. We do not associate our product with any symptoms or conditions buyers may have, nor any extent to which those symptoms/conditions fluctuate with the use of our product. 


Any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of the site owner's state.
