Sun Vision Display’s 1-Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty

At Sun Vision Display, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our standard 1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty, provided by our parent company, New Vision Display, is designed to give you peace of mind and support you in the rare case of any manufacturing defects.
Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers:
- Hardware malfunctions rendering the product unusable
- Software malfunctions rendering the product unusable
- Qualifying screen defects, such as dead pixels or lines
If a product is found to be defective under these terms, we will repair or replace the item or part at no cost to you.
What's Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage, including cracks, scratches, dents, spills, or moisture exposure
- Shipping-related damage*; customers must file those claims directly with the carrier
- Loss or damage due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
*Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

Warranty benefits may vary depending on your location. Eligibility is determined by the destination country of your original purchase (not the country to which the product is later exported).

Full Warranty Coverage includes one year of protection against manufacturing defects or workmanship issues. If your product is found to be defective, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

Customers in the regions listed below are eligible for the full warranty coverage, but are responsible for the return shipping costs of the defective item. Furthermore, our team must inspect and confirm the eligibility of the damaged item before a replacement can be sent.

Filing a Warranty Claim
To file a claim:

- Provide Required Information:
- Photos of the defective item
- Proof of purchase, if requested
- Wait for Confirmation:
- Our team will review your claim, assess product eligibility, and provide return shipping instructions if your case qualifies for a warranty repair or replacement.
Packaging & Return Instructions
If your claim is approved:
- Return the product in its original packaging, including:
- Monitor
- Stand or mounting hardware
- Power cord
- Foam inserts
- All original accessories
- Include a legible return shipping label
- Seal the box securely to prevent damage during transit
Returned items must be in the same condition as received: untampered, undamaged, and with original labels intact.
Additional Terms
- A 15% restocking fee may apply for exchanges of returned items. For further details, please review our Billing Terms and Conditions.
- If an identical replacement is not available due to inventory shortages or other circumstances, we reserve the right to offer a refund at the original or current item price, at our discretion.
