What We Liked:

• Includes a VESA bracket
• Supports both 75x75mm and 100x100mm VESA brackets
• All components feel sturdy and durable.
• Fits perfectly with the VIVO desktop stand we purchased.
• Components that touch the monitor are padded, decreasing the chance of scratching or scuffing the monitor.
• Backed with a 3 Year Manufacturer Warranty
• Excellent customer service available by phone, email, and live chat.
• Though our kit was missing a set of screws, we had an excellent experience with VIVO’s customer service department. We were able to get a real person on the phone without any wait time. She was very professional and quickly resolved our issue without any questions. They shipped us an entire new set of all the screws, washers, etc. the same day we placed the call. Since their warehouse is in Illinois, it only took 2 days for the parts to be delivered. It’s so great to find a company that stands behind their product.

What We Didn't Like:

• The instruction manual was a bit confusing. Some users may find it challenging to follow. VIVO does provide an installation video within the Amazon listing to help.
• Our kit was missing the “M” screws, so we had to wait a couple of days for them to ship us new parts.

What We Liked:

• Quick set-up with easy-to-follow instruction manual.
• Instruction manual comes in 5 languages (English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Chinese).
• Metal components feel sturdy.
• Impossible to over tighten to the thickness of our monitor, reducing chance of damaging panel.
• Components that touch the monitor are padded, reducing scratches from contact.

What We Didn't Like:

• Does not include VESA bracket.
• Not compatible with a 100x100mm VESA bracket.
• The plastic components and foam padding seem to be of lower quality.
• The monitor fits somewhat loosely in the adapter bracket. We were unable to tighten the bracket to match the depth of our monitor.
• Unsightly screws stick out the back.
• Customer service only available by email.

• Components that touch the monitor are not padded, increasing chance of scratches from contact.
• Top support bracket blocks a small portion of the display.
